Hot tube and space of room

The smell of the room, no battery in remote for TV. Phones do not work in the rooms. They say text , noone respond to text. There is no free breakfast and you pay a lot for this hotel.

The location.

There?s a $15 fee for housekeeping, and other fees. The bed sheets were dirty and so was the rest of the room. I told the front desk customer service and he sent new bedsheets, but I had to make up the bed and clean the room. I will never come here again

The location was perfect, just beside I-4 and Universal Studios.

No genuine morning food service, aside from a coffee shop.

The furniture in the room was old and worn, plus parking was limited at night

Suite had a lot of space and full kitchen. Location is convenient, cheap price and good for long stay if you bring your own food ect

Hot hallways, got stuck in the elevator with zero assistance, advertised spa bath and it was regular bath, no vending or bottled water available outside cafe hrs, zero response from reception desk ever! Phone in rooms don¿t connect to anything

The communication with a particular staff member, I don¿t why he was over talking me about a charge I agreed to he kept going like an upset mistress.

They did give us a voucher for breakfast which was not bad but rather small. The rooms were clean.

The carpet was threadbare and you could tell the rooms base boards had many years of paint on them.

Location was close to everything.

The room was very outdated. Carpet was filthy and stained throughout every room. The coach was very filthy and stained. I couldn't even sit on it. Phones in room didn't work. Only there for looks. They didn't even have a cord connected to them.

Rooms were very outdated, carpet dirty, couch dirty.

staff was excellent. Location is perfect. We love the idea that they had a washer in the dryer.

Carpets in the living room really needs to be repaired or cleaned. They have brown spots all over in front of the couch. Toilet seat had a permanent brown mark which did not look presentable. Couch in the living room needs to be thrown out.

They are apartment style, very comfortable and comfortable, the facilities are very good.

The staff a bit unfriendly.

The hotel's physical location, amenities, and great view from my room were the best things I liked about the hotel.

The hotel was supposed to be a smoke-free environment, but it was obvious that some of the patrons were smoking marijuana throughout my stay.

It is close to attractions

We had ants in our room, on the nightstand next to the bed. Staff was not familiar with the location, made locating the room difficult. Elevators were crowded and pretty slow.

The suites are big but very outdated. Not the cleanest

The hotel is very outdated, they still have carpeting, no blackout curtains, sofa was filthy with holes in it.

I loved the location. It was very quiet.

Our room was very dusty. Ants were crawling all over the kitchen as soon as we walked in. The walls had burn marks.

The front desk staff were excellent and worked hard to put me in an appropriate room.

The suite that I was initially assigned was awful. Couch turned and stained. Chairs torn and sham around bed was extremely dirty. Had to settle for a studio.

Ive been to hundreds of hotels and for the price(sale) it was one of the best. Balcony...hot tub jacuzzi..sep room..full kitchen..pool view. Get the deluxe room with balcony room. Pool had bar and comfy lounge chairs. Also free parking!^
